Chatpata Aloo


1. Boil the aloo. Say 4 medium aloo for two person.
2. Then peel off the skin and keep aside.
3. Now take 10tsp dahi in a bowl & add salt to taste. Now add a little bit(a pinch) of sugar to it.
4. Heat a tsp of oil and add mustard seeds when its hot on simmer. It will crackle. Now add dry lal mirch.
5. After the lal mirch turns half brown, turn off the gas.
6. Cut the potatoes to small pieces.
7. now add the potatoes and the curd mixture.
8. Add chat masala as per taste.
